Hello! Welcome to Molded From Love!
Questions And Answers About Ordering
"How Does the Buy 3 Get 1 Free Work?"
You Do Not Purchase the one you want free- you list it in
the message to seller box at checkout. It does have to be of
equal or lesser value than the lowest price mold you purchase.
"What do I do If I have a Problem with A Mold I purchased From you?"
"Contact me either here, By Email- [email protected] or
you can message me on facebook-https://www.facebook.com/MOLDEDFROMLOVE
I will Refund
or replace any mold that may be flawed or damaged. Just send me a pic of the
flaw, and I will send another mold out to you promptly. You will never have
to send a damaged mold back."
"How long is the wait to receive my molds after I purchase?"
"The usual wait time is anywhere from 7 to 14 days- I make and ship in the
order received and depending on the amount of orders it can take a while.
I do not have molds in stock - All molds are made to order."
"How Does the Price Match Guarantee work?"
"Due to the nature of this business, there are unfortunately, Sellers without
any Business Ethics who have no problem with copying other mold makers.
This is wrong, but, happens very often. That is why I started the Price Match Guarantee. If you find a copy of a mold I have made, send me the link and
I will match or beat the price."
"Why Should I purchase From Molded From Love?"
I use a durable Poly plastic that will last a long time if well taken care of. And,
I appreciate my customers- I often add "Extra Suprises" In the packages and I am always
available for custom requests. I also take a lot of pride in how my molds appear. I do not
just chop them and throw them in the bag like other sellers- I trim the edges carefully, and
add a small Molded from love heart to each one. I carefully package them when shipping too.
When you see that little heart, You know you are shopping smart!"
